1. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Every item is made-to-order. You can choose colors, fonts, and even add icons (like bows, unicorns, or rainbows) to make it completely yours.
2. How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Each item is custom-made, so please allow 5–7 business days for production.
3. Is gift wrapping available?
Yes! Just select the gift wrap option during checkout, and we’ll package it beautifully — ready to gift.
4. Can I return or exchange personalized items?
Since all products are made-to-order, we unfortunately can’t accept returns on personalized items.
5. Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
We don’t offer live previews, but our design guide helps you choose your font, color, and icon. If you need help visualizing, just contact us — we’re happy to assist!
